Abstract

A multicenter prospective cohort study of 284,000 adults aged 18-75 followed over 24 months post-vaccination. We report all-cause cardiovascular event rates stratified by age, sex, and pre-existing conditions. No elevated risk of major adverse cardiovascular events was observed compared to matched unvaccinated controls (HR 0.94, 95% CI 0.88-1.01). Sub-group analysis confirms safety across high-risk comorbidity profiles.
